For 60 years, the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. have supported the African American Collection at Douglass-Truth Library. This video highlights the rich legacy of the annual Alpha Kappa Alpha Library Tea, and the African American Collection, which began in 1964 under the idea of Soror Roberta Byrd Barr.
